We started Aurino in 2024 because buying furniture online in the UK was either glossy-and-expensive or cheap-and-disappointing. There was not much in between.

We source directly from the same manufacturers supplying the high street, skip the showroom overheads, and pass the difference to you. No commission-driven sales floor. 14-day returns. 0% finance — always, with no interest ever.

We are small. We pick up the phone. If something goes wrong, you talk to us — not a call centre.

A note from the founder

Starting a furniture brand online in 2024 is a strange time to do it — the high street is struggling, freight costs are up, and buyers (rightly) do not trust glossy promises any more.

What we decided we could do well: pick fewer, better pieces; be honest about lead times; answer emails within a day; and price everything as if we hoped you would come back.

We are new. We have not earned reviews or a reputation yet. What we can promise is that if you give us a shot, we will work hard to deserve the next order.
