Can I buy a single dining chair, or only a set?

Both. Most of our dining chairs are sold either singly or as a pair, with the pair working out cheaper per chair. Buy the exact number you need rather than being forced into a set of four or six.

Will these chairs suit a table I already have?

The number to check is the gap between the seat and the underside of the table. Aim for roughly 28 to 30cm so there is room for your legs. Compare the chair seat height on the product page with your table height, and if it is close, ask us.

How do I clean fabric or boucle chairs?

Brush or vacuum them lightly to lift dust before it settles in, and blot any spill straight away rather than rubbing it in. Boucle in particular does not like being scrubbed. A soft brush and a barely damp cloth handle almost everything.

Do you deliver for free?

Yes, to most of the UK mainland. A handful of remote postcodes carry a surcharge, and if yours is one of them we tell you before you pay, never after. We do not quietly fund free delivery with a higher price on everything else.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes, with genuinely interest-free finance on furniture. Pay it off over several months and you pay back exactly what the item cost, not a penny more. We never charge interest, full stop. You will see the finance option at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

You have 28 days to return an unused item in its original condition. The one cost that falls to you is return postage on an unwanted item, because larger furniture is not cheap to send back. If something has actually gone wrong with the item, that is a different conversation and it is on us.
