Payment & checkout
Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout
Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported at Aurino. The button appears at checkout when your device and browser are eligible.
When you will see Apple Pay
Apple Pay appears on iPhone, iPad, and Mac when you are using Safari and have a card set up in your Wallet. It needs an active Touch ID, Face ID, or device passcode.
If the button is missing, the most common reasons are: an unsupported browser (Chrome on iOS hides the button — switch to Safari), no card in Wallet, or a managed device with corporate restrictions enabled.
When you will see Google Pay
Google Pay appears on Android phones and tablets, and on desktop Chrome when you are signed into a Google account with a saved payment method. It also works on some Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave) on desktop.
Why the button sometimes does not show
Both wallets require:
- An HTTPS connection (we run HTTPS sitewide, so this is rarely the cause).
- A supported card. Most Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards work; some prepaid cards are excluded.
- A current browser. Older browsers fall back to the standard card form.
If the button is not appearing and you would like to use it, try refreshing the page or switching browser. Otherwise the standard card form takes the same cards.
