How do I know a sofa will fit through my door?

Measure the narrowest point on the route in, usually the door frame, plus any turn on a staircase or in a hallway. Then check that against the sofa width and height on the product page. Most delivery problems are doorways and stair turns, not the room itself. Send us the numbers before you order and we will sanity-check them with you.

Are your sofas firm or soft?

It varies by model, and the product page tells you which. As a rule our family and corner sofas sit on the supportive side rather than the sink-in side, because they take the most use. If you want something you disappear into, ask us and we will point you at the softer models.

How do I look after the fabric?

Vacuum it lightly now and then so grit does not work into the weave, and deal with spills by blotting rather than rubbing. Velvet just wants a soft brush in the direction of the pile. We would not soak any upholstery. A barely damp cloth is almost always enough.

Do you deliver for free?

Yes, to most of the UK mainland. A handful of remote postcodes carry a surcharge, and if yours is one of them we tell you before you pay, never after. We do not quietly fund free delivery with a higher price on everything else.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes, with genuinely interest-free finance on furniture. Pay it off over several months and you pay back exactly what the item cost, not a penny more. We never charge interest, full stop. You will see the finance option at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

You have 28 days to return an unused item in its original condition. The one cost that falls to you is return postage on an unwanted item, because larger furniture is not cheap to send back. If something has actually gone wrong with the item, that is a different conversation and it is on us.
