Questions we get asked

What is the difference between the gold and silver trim?
Only the colour of the metal frame and feet. The velvet, the shape and the price are the same. Gold reads warmer and more classic, silver cooler and more contemporary, so it comes down to the metals already in your room.
Which colour is shown in the main photo?
The main image is the cream. The Ambassador comes in cream, mink, grey, black, brown, green and blue, and you choose your colour before adding to the basket.
Is the £1,299.99 price really delivered?
Yes. For the corner and the 3 plus 2 set that price includes delivery to the UK mainland. The 3 seater and 2 seater are priced separately on the same page, also delivered.
Can I order a colour that is not listed?
Often, yes. If you have a shade in mind that is not in the list, ask us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can source it and how long it would take.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes, with genuinely interest-free finance on furniture. Pay it off over several months and you pay back exactly what the item cost, not a penny more. We never charge interest, full stop. You will see the finance option at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
You have 28 days to return an unused item in its original condition. The one cost that falls to you is return postage on an unwanted item, because larger furniture is not cheap to send back. If something has actually gone wrong with the item, that is a different conversation and it is on us.
