Free UK Mainland delivery, typically 2 to 7 working days. Two-man delivery to your room of choice (up to first floor); higher floors or complex access may carry an additional charge. Arrives in modular sections; sections clip together (about 20 minutes).

Questions we get asked

Left-hand or right-hand corner, which is which?
Sit on the sofa facing out into the room the way you would when using it. If the long part, the chaise, is on your left, that is a left-hand corner. On your right, it is a right-hand corner. It catches people out constantly, so if you are unsure, describe your room to us and we will get it right for you.
Will a corner sofa fit up my stairs or through a flat entrance?
Often yes, because many of our corner sofas arrive in sections rather than one solid piece, which makes them far easier to get in. Measure your tightest point and check it against the section sizes, or ask us and we will tell you how a particular model is delivered.
Can I have the chaise on either side?
Some of our corner sofas are universal or modular, so the chaise can go on either side and even be swapped if you move house. Others are fixed at manufacture. The product page says which, and if it is not clear, ask us before you order.
Do you deliver for free?
Yes, to most of the UK mainland. A handful of remote postcodes carry a surcharge, and if yours is one of them we tell you before you pay, never after. We do not quietly fund free delivery with a higher price on everything else.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes, with genuinely interest-free finance on furniture. Pay it off over several months and you pay back exactly what the item cost, not a penny more. We never charge interest, full stop. You will see the finance option at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
You have 28 days to return an unused item in its original condition. The one cost that falls to you is return postage on an unwanted item, because larger furniture is not cheap to send back. If something has actually gone wrong with the item, that is a different conversation and it is on us.
