We deliver across UK Mainland with delivery cost calculated at checkout based on what’s in your basket. Some items qualify for free UK Mainland delivery and will show a “Free delivery” badge on the product page; everything else is charged at our standard rates — small parcels from £5.99, flooring and underlay typically £19.99, and bulky items such as sofas, dining sets and beds typically £49.99. Delivery to certain remote and offshore postcodes carries an additional surcharge regardless of the item. How quickly we ship

Most orders are processed within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order furniture and flooring shipped direct from a supplier typically takes 7–14 working days. We don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays. If we hit a busy period or anything else delays your order, we’ll email or call to let you know.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where the courier provides them. Tracking numbers usually go live within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damage in transit

Every order is fully insured while in transit. If anything arrives damaged, please take photos before unpacking further and email support@aurino.co.uk within 48 hours so we can put it right.

International orders

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you’re ordering from outside the UK and would like to discuss arrangements, please email us first.
