The Kaindl Oak Stone brings warmth and sophistication with its realistic wood effect and stunning high gloss finish. Part of the Easy Touch collection, this AC4 rated flooring is built for residential and moderate commercial use with lasting durability.

Installation Guide

Before You Begin:

• Acclimatise unopened packs in the room for 48 hours minimum
• Ensure subfloor is level (max 3mm over 1m), dry, and clean
• Remove old flooring and check for any subfloor damage

Installation Steps:

1. Lay appropriate underlay with vapour barrier if on concrete
2. Start in the corner of the room, working left to right
3. Click planks together using the angle-click system
4. Leave 8-10mm expansion gap around all walls and fixed objects
5. Stagger end joints by minimum 200mm between rows
6. Use a pull bar for the final row to ensure tight fit
7. Install skirting or beading to cover expansion gaps

Water Resistance

This laminate is water-resistant when all edges and joints are properly sealed. Wipe up any spills immediately and avoid standing water on the surface.

Underfloor Heating

Compatible with underfloor heating. Maximum surface temperature must not exceed 26°C. Turn heating off 48 hours before installation and gradually increase over 2 weeks afterwards.

Care and Maintenance

• Sweep or vacuum regularly with soft brush attachment
• Use a slightly damp mop with laminate-specific cleaner
• Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on high gloss surfaces
• Wipe spills immediately – do not allow water to sit
• Use felt pads under furniture legs to prevent scratching
• Place mats at entrances to trap dirt and grit
