Mocha Oak is one of several oak colourways in the Lignum Core herringbone range. The construction is identical across the range — it's the colour and grain pattern that change. Stone-plastic composite (SPC) core, 5mm thick with a 1mm acoustic underlay attached, fully waterproof, click-fit. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories where standard LVT would be a risk.

Installation
- Subfloor must be clean, dry, level, and free from debris
- Acclimatise planks in the room for 48 hours before fitting
- Click-lock, no glue required
- Start from the longest wall, work towards the door
- 10mm expansion gap around all edges
- Stagger joints by at least 300mm between rows

- Sweep or vacuum regularly to lift dirt and grit
- Damp mop, not wet mop — avoid excessive water
